Planet121's direct end-user client is looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to join their team immediately on a full-time salaried basis at their location in Cincinnati, OH area.

Position Summary:The SAP Functional Analyst will aid in providing advanced FICO support. Candidates will be tasked with taking part in gathering requirements, inclusive of leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations; combining efforts with the business on current processes and suggesting solutions to improve current processes, including providing recommendations on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts; ensuring all systems are aligned with the team’s long term strategy; identifying, suggesting and implementing complex configuration solutions and implementing full-scale solutions to meet the company’s needs, while creating and updating associated documentation; setting testing strategy for modules and leading end-to-end deployment testing; partaking in the delivery of project and minor/major implementations; troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents; and maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Customer Relationship Management area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO collecting requirements, inclusive of configuring and customization
  • Prior experience communicating business and technical issues/solutions across various levels of individuals, including executives, directors, and managers
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP FICO

Preferred:
  • BA or BS degree
  • SAP certifications
  • Experience in complex SAP environments, supporting multiple SAP components
  • Experience in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
  • Experience in SolMan - ChaRM
