Handyman needed with Plumbing skills

We own and manage 33 residential properties, 45 units mostly in Norfolk. If you are a skilled, reliable handyman and reasonable with your pricing we can keep you busy! We have a routine need for someone to take "service calls" and we always have rehab projects going on.

Current need is mainly plumbing with occasional electrical but there's always other "handyman" type tasks available too. This is an opportunity for part time/ side work work as an independent contractor that could develop into full time if desired.

Prefer someone with a truck or van. More tools you have the better but we do have most tools needed for this type of work that you can use as needed.
