Property Maintenance tech.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

General apartment maintenance experience

Basic plumbing and some electrical knowledge

Carpentry and drywall repair experience

Interior and exterior painting experience

Ability to work with pressure and deadlines

Appliance trouble shooting and repair a plus

Ability to work after hours and weekends to accommodate emergencies

You must have your own hand tools and reliable transportation

Major Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Prepare apartments for occupancy including painting and repair in a timely manner

Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a professional manner

Display a friendly and courteous attitude toward residents and other employees

Full time position Monday-Friday 8am - 5:00pm

Compensation depends on Experience, Paid Sick and Holidays.
