Main Responsibilities

Being Customer-Obsessed

Helping customers with their accounts and solving any problems they experience. Customers call in or email us with account, billing, and troubleshooting questions and we are here to help them. It is important that we listen to fully understand what the customer is saying and not saying, empathize, and take quick effective action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved so they can continue with their day. Our job is to go the extra mile and give them a customer-centric experience they won't get elsewhere! We are the experts - educate the customer, anticipate future needs, fully assess their accounts, provide that human to human connection, earn their trust, allow them to be confident in our abilities!

Meeting Performance Goals

Being motivated and driven to exceed performance goals. Customer Service Advisors must have a clear understanding of the goals responsible for meeting. Work with supervisors and other members of leadership to track and improve performance. Learn and execute best practices, actively participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct supervisor and/or managers. Continuously taking feedback and applying it can help with meeting or even exceeding performance goals.

Schedule Adherence

The expectation is to work the times and days that you were scheduled as it was assigned based upon business needs which is a result of customer needs.

Professional Conduct & Adhering to Company Policies

Ensure that all interactions with colleagues and customers alike are always conducted professionally. Become familiar with our company handbook and the different policies in place.

The Ideal Candidate

The Basics

Authorized to Work in the US

At least 18 years of age

Earned a High School Diploma or GED

Ability to Work Any of the Training Schedules Offered

The Not So Basics

Comfortable Working on a Computer & Utilizing Basic Systems & Platforms

Ability to Type 30+ wpm

Energetic & Outgoing Personality

Empathetic, Patient, Positive Attitude

Calm Under Pressure

Ability to Actively Listen & Effectively Communicate
