We are seeking a skilled Associate to join our Business Development team to take our clients' brands completely onto the next degree. Successful candidates should have previous experience meeting quotas and developing leads from marketing campaigns. Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.Responsibilities:
- Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers.
- Engage with prospects to share the company vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest.
- Research accounts and contacts to develop compelling and tailored value propositions.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products and services.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to boost company profit and contribute to our long-term business growth.
- Disseminate qualified new opportunities to appropriate sales representative, collaborating with reps about the opportunity and determining appropriate action items.
- Previous professional experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Great organization and planning ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the team’s goals.
