Due to continued growth, Elire is currently looking for an Associate Treasury Consultant to join our elite PeopleSoft Treasury Practice team. Associates will be trained to perform and assist with the following activities
  • Support new technology implementations and optimizations
  • Translate customer needs into future state business requirements
  • Creation and distribution of meeting materials including recording action items and issues
  • Support current and future state process mapping work sessions
  • Use Visio and PowerPoint to create business process documentation
  • Conduct best practice research and new technology trends
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
  • Create software Testing plansincluding end user use cases and data entry scripts; perform testing
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for your Manager on a variety of industry topics

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Advanced abilities:o Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Slack, Zoom, Smartsheets, MS Teams, OneNote, and relational databases
  • Bonus points for practical knowledge in

    SQL and XML
o Strong organizational skills with a deep attention to detail; ability to proof materials for accuracy
  • Intermediate abilities:
o Understanding business processes from either a financials or human resources working environmento Working well in a team environment and to work within a directed and non-directed environment to complete work activitieso Having communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organizationo Using analytical skills with problem solving abilities
  • Showing a sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment
  • Acting as a self-starter with the ability to take initiative outside of assigned tasks

All applicants must also meet the following requirements:
  • Legally able to work for any employer in the US
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • Finance / Economics / Business Management preferred
