Qualifications:Qualities of an effective Accounts Payable Supervisoro Embrace change and strive for continuous process improvemento Takes accountability and initiative to identify and solve problemso Builds collaborative relationships with business and functional partnerso Demonstrates SAP and system capabilitieso Able to manage tasks and responsibilities independently SAP, Accounts Payable and 1099 experience needed SOVOS experience a plus Responsibilities: North America Accounts Payable Supervisor will provide oversight and support over accounts payable activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable processes for US & Canada and other North America affiliates and acquired business units.o Collaborate with functional and business counterparts on continuous process improvement initiatives impacting accounts payable to improve on-time vendor payments and process efficiency.o Implement processes and collaborate with functional counterparts to facilitate an automated and efficient process for new supplier set up with minimal backend manual processes.o Establish reporting and metrics around invoice payment exceptions (webcycles), collaborate with functional counterparts to reduce backlog and implement improvements. Work with Americas Leadership to establish accountability and enforce implemented procedures.o Review invoice backlog and webcycles to support accrual process during quarter-end financial close.o Coordinate with outside vendors for annual 1099 filing.o Oversee escheatment compliance requirements, maintain tracking for routine filings.o Participate as accounts payable subject matter expert for business integration projects and M&A.o Develop personnel assigned as direct report(s), establish accountability and goal framework, and lead recruiting efforts as needed.o Support Regional Controller and broader NA Finance team in achieving team goals related to AP and net working capital improvements.
