Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst If interested, please send an updated resume to and Location: Remote - must be near Tempe, AZ location Pay: $21/hr - paid weekly on a W2 basis Schedule: M-F 7AM-4PM Anticipated 4-5 month contract with possible extensions/permanent potential Position Summary: As the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst youll be responsible for managing the software inventory accounting function and insuring that inventory transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with relevant accounting guidance and reconciled in the accounting system. There will be 3 weeks of onsite training in Tempe, AZ - then work will be remote for time being Responsibilities

• Perform and manage inventory research and reconciliation
• Upload files necessary to properly code sales orders
• Ensure that the General Ledger accounts balance contain inventory detail
• Prepare accrual and aging analyses pertaining to cost of goods and payments/credits
• Work with managers in the Operations department to find more effective ways of resolving outstanding variances and/or reducing the number of items needing manual reconciliation
• Improve efficiency and accuracy of inventory work
• Prepare monthly exchange rate analysis in regards to payments/cost of goods
• Update and maintain detailed documentation of inventory related processes.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from Four-year college/University preferred
• Four (4) years work related experience
• SAP and Excel experience
