Bookkeeper

If you have experience with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.Your responsibilitiesSustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Appease accounts by balancing entries

Maintain and balance general ledger

RequirementsBS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

Prior experience working with collections/accounting software

Deep understanding of Payroll Functions

Adeptness in account reconciliation

Human Resources (HR) Administration experience

Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

Practical knowledge of bank reconciliations

General familiarity with Bank Account Reconciliation

QuickBooks experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
