We are looking for an enthusiastic Area Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our customers' long-term success. You will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships within your assigned territories, collaborating with key decision-makers. You will communicate with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our solutions to the customer's needs.

Salary range: $37000 - $45000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Create client relationships through service excellence and align your campaign needs with your constructive approach.
  • Customer interaction to promote products and services through Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations.
  • Own all issues, troubleshooting, client marketing demands, publicity preparation, and main execution.
  • Maintain ethical standards in sales and consumer relationships when managing a team effectively.
  • Get your hands dirty with team building, development, and expansion.
  • Effectively establish good business partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that consumer needs are met.
  • Guide consumers through onboarding after buying the product and promoting the strategic adoption of the product(s) by optimizing the customer experience, creating optimum use behaviors, and accelerating customer time to value.
  • Conduct distribution, marketing and program management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred.
  • Ability to excellently communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an asset.
