ECommerce Manager

Fly Paper Products- Literary and Grammar Gifts for Book Lovers- is looking for a team member to head up our online retail sales division.

Responsibilities include

-Managing and maintaining our two retail platforms; Shopify and Etsy

-Order fulfillment. Pulling and fulfilling the orders. Printing shipping labels.

-Customer service. Responding to customer emails and inquiries.

-Managing inventory and stock levels on our online shops.Adding new products to the online platforms.

-Analyzing sales and creating marketing strategies and online promotions.

-Content creation for Instagram.

-Managing shipping supplies and needs.

Qualifications

-Punctuality, reliability, focus, and attention to detail

-The ability to maintain a clean working environment

-Be self-directed and have your own efficiency plan

-Experience with Shopify or Etsy is a must. Updating product availability and adding new products to each platform requires a general knowledge of each platform.

-Proficiency and experience with computers.

-Experience with Social Media Platforms a bonus!

Prior fulfillment experience is helpful. The ECommerce Manager is responsible for fulfilling each order and packaging the products with an eye for detail and aesthetics. We want each order to arrive to the customer safely (no damage) and in keeping with our brands reputation.

Our offices are home to our production team and warehouse. (Five people) There is a separate room in our office for the retail division for both fulfillment and order creation. A mask is required when passing through other parts of the office.

Fly Paper Products was started in 2006 as a wholesale company and our literary and grammar themed products are sold in over 800 retail stores, museum shops, libraries and book stores throughout the U.S. Our retail sales division was created in 2018 and we continues to grow our customer base each month.

Salary $32K-$35K depending on experience.

Paid Holidays

1 week paid vacation (after six months)

This is a permanent Full Time position. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some occasional weekend hours during busy holiday seasons. Valentines, Mother's Day, Graduation, Back to School and Christmas.
