JL Schwieters Construction/Building Supply Inc.is seeking qualified and entry-level applicants for 1st & 2nd shift Wood Roof and Floor Truss Assembly with a state-of-the-art brand-new truss facility. All current job openings are for full-time employmentwith the industriestop pay and full benefit package.

JL Schwieters has been a family owned Framing company since 1980 and a leader in the prefabricated wall and floor industry since 2000. We are now entering the Truss market with a brand new, 144,000 sq. ft. facility and will need more assemblers to help us grow!

General Hours:

1st Shift 5:30AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday. Multiple Day Shifts Available

2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 4:30AM Monday - Thursday. Multiple Night Shifts Available

At this point we would like to see candidates with Truss Assembly experience, but we are also open to candidates with wall/floor assembly experience as well as candidates with framing experience. We may also be willing to train the right candidates as well – candidates who can do the following:

-Ability to use a nail gun

-Can read a tape measure

-Highly motivated
