Production type environments. Moderately heavy work requiring the occasional lifting of objects weighing 50 pounds. In the performance of essential duties, the incumbent will be required to operate a personal computer, copy machine, facsimile, calculator, telephone etc

Job Responsibilities

Ensure presses are started and running to standard process and report those not up to standards ¿ Some minor trouble shooting mold machines and secondary operations (including sorting) to bring parts into specifications for size, appearance, flash, splay, cycle time, etc. ¿ Maintain standard operator instructions, process set-up sheets, and quality systems ¿ Use: Calipers, height gauge, CMM, comparator/shadow graph, flow testing ¿ Data entry into quality computer application ¿ Safe use of powered industrial vehicles ¿ Packaging, wrapping up, and staging of finished parts ¿ Actively contribute to 5S culture

¿ HS Diploma or equivalent. ¿ Good oral and written communication ¿ Computer literate ¿ Basic time management skills ¿ Problem solving techniques ¿ Strong organizational skills
