It all begins with you.The Operations Group is an enterprise function within the Chief Operating Office. The Operations group consists of approximately 35,000 team members in the US and 28,000 team members in India and Philippines. This group is responsible for building a more unified, more integrated approach to Wells Fargo's business operations functions. This includes contact center operations, client-servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions. By taking a more integrative approach to these functions, Wells Fargo will be able deliver a more consistent experience for our customers and operate more efficiently.The Business Systems Consultant 5 (Sr. Robotics Process Automation Designer) will act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, answer questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing, as well as facilitates User Acceptance Testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the business in the alignment of their Robotics Process Automation (RPA) needs/usage with their technology and business strategies

Represent process automation analysis and design functions to businesses to provide an RPA opportunity identification capability within the businesses

Support the development of the RPA analysis and design methodology, including the related policies, procedures, tools and artifacts, to ensure a 'rapid' implementation process that aligns with established release cycles and related enterprise standards

Mentor and support less experienced Process Automation Designers

Support the implementation of tools necessary to support the ERIA process automation analysis and design functions

Complete the RPA assessments of business opportunities, to include an 'as is' and 'to be' (i.e. automated/partially automated process) process map, project sizing's, and recommended implementation approach

Manage RPA aspects of projects and coordinate with business project managers on the overall project status

Document detailed RPA-specific requirements that leverage RPA capabilities and ensure that risk and compliance requirements are met

Complete peer reviews on other ERIA team member analysis and design deliverables

Coordinate with LOB partners and the RPA monitoring team to identify and provide solution designs for production issues and maintenance needs

Become an expert for the company in the analysis, design and testing of RPA solutions to solve critical business needs

1+ years of automation experience

Desired QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Financial industry experience

Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity

Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment

Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support

Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: coordinating, planning and executing through all phases

Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: defining future state, gap analysis, and scope management

Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives

Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management

Other Desired QualificationsKnowledge and understanding of Robotic Process Automation and related tools such as UI Path, Blue Prism.

Job ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 20% of the time
