One of our Fortune 125 and industry leading clients in Charlotte is hiring for a Change Management Specialist. This is an opportunity for a Change pro who is looking to contribute to a large change program within an enterprise company.This Change Management Specialist will be responsible for carrying out a change plan for a large scale organizational change occurring within the organization.
This Change Management Specialist will work within a Prosci ADKAR framework, to execute on: - Stakeholder Analysis
- Communication Plan
- Training Strategy
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience working on change management initiatives
- Experience analyzing and working with stakeholders
- Experience executing on a communication plan for change
- Experience with the development and execution of a training strategy
- Strong communication skills
- Prosci ADKAR experience is highly favored
