Hello, We're hring for Customer Support Representative in our Las Vegas Office ,NV for more details please share me your resume Customer Support Representative Las Vegas, NV Long Term/Fulltime #Locals Only Job description: Customer Support Representative needed in our Las Vegas office. This is a full-time position and attendance is mandatory. Your mission will be to offer customer support through email (Zendesk) and phone to our users that need assistance. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every user.
• Communicate to users over email and over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely manner
• Assets customer problems, troubleshooting, and report any issues if needed to our support team
• Maintain backlog tickets for offshore team of issue findings through end-user information
• Attend regular meetings to communicate effectively with offshore support team to maintain backlog tickets

• Must have at least one year of experience supporting clients via email or phone
• Must have attention to detail and follow-through
• Must be able to work full-time hours; with reliable attendance in the office
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Must be reliable and be able to complete projects/tasks by set deadlines
• Experience working with Zendesk (preferred but not required)
• Experience with Microsoft applications
