A stable and successful Portland company is currently looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to our accounting team! We have been operating for over 50 years and are a employee and family oriented business.
The AP Specialist will be responsible for coding and inputting all purchase orders into the accounting system and matching them with the subsequent invoices. They will also work closely with the AP manager and Controller to process payment batches. In a addition, this person will in charge of managing & resolving all open purchase orders.
