OverviewThe Sales Enablement Manager will provide training, internal support, resources, and guidance for PK's Commercial team. This includes designing and implementing innovative learning and delivery programs that enable our Commercial teams. to provide best in class prospect and customer experiences, as well as creative and engaging communications of critical business content such as new products, services, and tools. This role requires an individual who is able to work in a team environment, is self-motivated, and is hyper communication-oriented with demonstrated sales and training experience.   • Build on-boarding program for sales organization inclusive of sales methodology, tools and PK processes that delivers best in class prospect and customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to build and execute key enablement programs (sales plays)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions teams to develop business content supporting new products, services and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver regular training with business leadership and external vendors to ensure thorough knowledge and consistent adoption across the organization of methodologies, best practices and tools.
  • Continuously innovate on all aspects of enablement including programs, delivery, adoption, and reporting.
  • Create, manage and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify skill gaps.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years demonstrated implementation of multiple sales methodologies (Franklin Covey and/or Challenger preferred)
  • 2+ years experience quota-based sales (preference for professional services)
  • Proven track record of developing successful programs to accelerate the performance of B2B customer-facing teams
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth professional services organization
  • Ability to exercise discretion, decisiveness and independent judgment on business and training matters
