job summary:
Program Manager needed for Contract Opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA. We are looking for a Program Manager to support our customers.? We enable 1st Party, 3rd Party, and enterprise developers to build apps that are integrated into the Teams experience. It is critical that we maintain a highly available, highly performant Platform that delights users and developers alike and supports the needs of the many internal and external stakeholders that build on Platform. .Responsibilities- Write specification documents defining what service fundamentals work we need to do to maintain and improve product health.This will require working closely with ?internal engineers and Program Managers (PM) in various partner teams to understand the problem scope and articulate solutions and thereby the overall strategy.- Prioritize requirements, and articulate what customer benefit we get by doing each requirement.- Present to management a roadmap for the solution area.- Provide technical and product leadership to a team of ?highly passionate ?engineers.- Work closely with partner teams, building trust, articulating dependency and influencing them to deliver upon a shared goal- Approve app submissions, and answer customer questions about the submissions.- Remain current on industry best practices?as well as?those used across other products.- Technical bent of mind to be able to comprehend issues, work arounds, solutions and drive product decisions?
