Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

• Lead the valuation efforts of the acquisition process.
• Work with technical teams in gathering input assumptions and incorporate those inputs into financial models to assess financial outcomes and valuation of both asset and corporate level deals.
• Drive internal decision-making process, model assumption alignment meetings with leadership
• Perform simulations and probabilistic analysis of a variety of outcomes / market scenarios for each acquisition.
• Assist with due diligence process via providing summaries and review of financial and other information.
• Assist with any fundraising efforts to bring in additional investors / capital into the Corporation
• Perform ad-hoc analysis
• Manage corporation’s Corporate Model, to forecast entire Company’s long-term performance across multiple market scenarios.
• Research industry trends, competitive landscape across a variety of upstream operators and basins
