Administrative, Design Assistant

OMG Kitchen and Bath of San Antonio is currently accepting applications for an Admin/Design assistant.

The mission of this job is to help the estimating, administrative and sales team with daily tasks in order to provide top quality customer service.

The Admin Assistant and Design Assistant will be responsible for delivering the following: Help with answering phones and screening calls, welcome walk in customers, assist design and project management staff as needed, learn our product lines in order to assist customers with selections for their remodeling projects and learn our dispatching process to assist with scheduling of jobs.

Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation (You may be asked to run errands), computer literate, phone skills, Bilingual helpful, be able to pass a background check, some design experience is helpful, but not required and you must be a team player. This is a part time position to start, but can lead to full time quickly for the right person.
