ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST FOR SECRET GARDEN CANNABIS, ANCHORAGE AK

Secret Garden Cannabis is a vertically integrated cannabis company with Retail, Cultivation and Manufacturing licenses. We are a high energy group, with over 35 employees and a fun, positive culture. We are looking for full-time employees with a great work ethic and a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process all Company invoices for payment

Work with Vendor statements and reconcile payments

Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions for the Company

Perform budgeting and limited financial analysis functions

Assist in preparing monthly excise and retail sales tax returns

Manage records compliance and storage functions

Assist with regulatory compliance functions

Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 21 years of age

QuickBooks Online expertise

Minimum 3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience

Positive attitude

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Microsoft office skills

Strong attention to detail

Compensation: $15 to $20 per hour
