Seeking HVAC Foreman for Apartments and Multifamily Construction

We are seeking experienced HVAC Foreman for projects that are breaking ground - all located within the Phoenix metro area. Specifically, if you have experience as an HVAC foreman for APARTMENTS, ASSISTED LIVING and other multifamily NEW CONSTRUCTION, that is a definite plus (especially several years of experience as a foreman)

Please have experience in the following areas:

-Running a crew ranging in size from 6-18 installers

-Manage material orders, deliveries and installation

-Effectively communicate with our field superintendent and project manager, as well as general contractor's field superintendent and field personnel

-Experience in ALL AREAS of quality HVAC installation, including but not limited to dryer/exhaust venting, line set assembly and installation, sheet metal and flexible duct installation, condensate drain installation, ceiling radiation dampers, fire dampers and fire/smoke damper installation, split system testing/charging and startup

Multifamily construction is FAST PACED and requires a Foreman who can maintain the schedule and make or beat the installation hours allocated to their project.

If hired for the Foreman position, please understand that we will be evaluating your performance and skill set for a period of time on one of our existing projects that already have a dedicated Foreman. If your performance meets or exceeds our expectations during this evaluation period, you will then be moved to a new project where YOU will be the full-time dedicated foreman.
