Hiring Experienced HVAC Installers/Lead Installers

About:

K&M Air Conditioning is looking for experienced HVAC installers to join our team! We are a small family owned and operated business looking to expand our operations and want others to help build and grow the company to new heights. We primarily deal with new construction custom homes as well as occasional track home developments, small commercial, multifamily jobs and changeouts.

We are looking for candidates who are:

-Experienced in the field of HVAC; 3-5 years minimum

-Individuals who are team players

-Great work ethic and attitude

-Demonstrates accountability by showing up on time and giving their best effort

-Not required, but a plus if you have lead install crews on new construction sites

Job description:

-Work with management team to complete daily objectives on job sites

-Ability to set up duct work; both flex and KD pipe applications

-Knowledgeable in dryer, range hood and bath fan ventilation

-Working with sheet metal and insulation

-Lifting objects that can be 50lbs or heavier

-Demonstrate safe jobsite procedures

Not required, but a plus if you have knowledge of the following:

-Pressurizing refrigeration lines

-Experienced in installing both gas furnaces and heat pumps

-Electrical knowledge of wiring equipment

-Copper soldering and setting condensers

-Split system and package unit changeouts
