Working Roofing superintendent

We are seeking a clean cut, English speaking roofing superintendent to supervise 3-4 tile roofing crews and 1 multipurpose crew for mostly residential reroofs (some commercial). 90% of our work is tile and liquid applied systems. We are looking for a journeyman roofer that also has previous management experience. There will be times you will have to get on the roof and train or help out others on the multipurpose crew. Customer service skills and lots of patience with picky customers is important. Please have a clean driving record.

We are looking for a superintendent to set the example for everyone on the high level of professionalism our customers expect. Most of all, your communication skills are very important, lots of communication with the owner throughout the day. Current TRI and OSHA certification a plus. Bi-lingual a plus.

This is a Monday-Friday position, with a Saturday a few times a year.
