Bulwark Exterminating - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

We pay hourly plus performance-based bonuses, which typically averages $2-$6 dollars extra per hour on top of your hourly compensation.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about products and services

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
