RELIEF MANAGER FOR ESSENTIAL BUSINESS 1 PERSON PART TIME

Compensation: Starting wage is $13.00 an hour + sick pay

We are looking for 1 motivated, people-friendly person to be a Relief Manager at a large self storage facility in West Valley, AZ. Do you have what it takes to make a difference? Well if you have the following traits, characteristics and skills, please forward your resume today!

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Obtain new rentals over the phone, internet and at the counter.

Provide excellent customer service; assist with all computer data entry and extraction.

Show vacant spaces to prospective clients, complete rental agreements, collect rents, make collection calls, etc.

Update reports of prospective client calls and inquiries as well as rentals.

Keep office clean, neat and professional.

Effectively communicate between all your team members, clients and supervisors and staff.

Will need to assist with cleaning out vacant units, help keep grounds clean, perform lock checks, do lock cuts when required and perform light maintenance.

Qualifications:

Prior self storage experience is a plus but not required.

General office and written and oral communications required.

Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Computer competency required, enter and extract data, apply payments, update and send reports.

Cash, Check and Credit Card reconciliation of daily payments and cash drawer.

Hiring Requirements:

Reliable transportation and insurance limits that meet company's minimum standards as well as a valid driver's license.

Walk, bend, lift, squat and lift up to 40 lbs. Speak, read and write in English.

Schedule:

Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Monday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Fill in for Managers vacation periods, sick time and other periods as needed, flexibility is needed on applicant's part to fill in for the Managers other off periods.

Starting wage is $13.00 an hour, sick pay included.
