Debt Advisors is a well established and rapidly growing financial services/debt relief company and we are looking for the best Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives the valley has to offer. We are centrally located downtown Phoenix, AZ. This is a full time inside sales position, starting immediately.

Responsibilities Include:

The ability to use a consultative sales approach and offer our clients an array of debt relief related products.

To provide them solutions to clients immediate needs

Close sales and achieve monthly quotas as assigned

Research creditor accounts, identify key clients and generate interest with a positive attitude at all times.

Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives

Conduct ongoing research for customer needs, analysis, and interpreter the research results to client

Requirements/Qualifications:

Prior Inside Sales experience preferred

Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills

The ability to determine solutions for customers and the aptitude for intelligent problem solving,

Flexibility, style, perseverance, and personal savvy a must

Ability to use Microsoft Office and other online applications efficiently

Must possess Telephone sales and closing ability using a consultative sales approach

MUST BE enthusiastic & self-motivated to reach sales goals

Benefits:
