Woodcase Fine Cabinetry is a locally owned cabinetry company in Phoenix with an uncompromising commitment to quality and service.

Project Managers are responsible for performing efficient and accurate measuring, ordering, reconciling, and scheduling of cabinets. This includes scheduling of deliveries, installation, punch work and customer service at builder tracts and residences. Responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks with high levels of quality and workmanship. We are, ideally, looking for someone with project management work experience.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YEARS PREFERRED

Essential Job Functions include:

Positive attitude; Strong communication skills; Team oriented; Courteous; Professional.

Proficient in managing people; Able to track products and tasks in a production builder setting.

Capable of reacting to varying project field conditions; Ability to provide solutions.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specs and blueprints; Reconcile selections and review orders for accuracy.

Pre-plan and perform assignments, including field measurements and site reviews.

Visit projects daily and communicate task status to Operations Manager.

Completes all required paperwork and documentation, must be legible, accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Immediate supervisor for field employees assigned to specific projects/communities.

Responsible for other’s property, including client’s building and possessions.

Ability to work extended hours if necessary.

Uses tools and equipment safely and correctly.

Skills and Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Three years related experience (preferred).

Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
