This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health care companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.EDI Operations Analyst II:Provides EDI liaison to clients.Devises or modifies procedures to solve moderately complex EDI operational problems.Works with vendors or Information Technology related to EDI issues or enhancements.Reviews error or filing reports and analyzes information for trends.Educates providers regarding EDI reporting.Works with vendors regarding the implementation or connectivity related to EDI system.Troubleshoots with vendors any conversion or system issues. Is competent to work in some phases of EDI systems analysis.Works with Information Technology for any EDI enhancements or conversion of new accounts.EDI knowledge.ANSI experience.Previous experience in claims or customer service.Demonstrated ability to conduct detail research of claims, systems reports, etc.Understanding of Network and telecommunications Methodology.Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.Has the knowledge and experience to complete assignments independently.Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of America’s Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and has been named a 2019 Best Employers for Diversity by Forbes.
