Vinyl Fence Installer - $400.00 BONUS Forman and helper

Fence Company in Torrance is looking for fence installers, most jobs are located in the South Bay area, no long-distance traveling.

The main fence materials are used are vinyl and sometimes wood. We mainly install vinyl fences, gates patio covers, and railings.

As the company grows, we are looking to add more crews.

Must have minimum construction experience

Knowledge of basic tools

Must have reliable transportation to commute to work

Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record (all foremen will require to drive the companies trucks - Only class C is required)

Must be legal to work in the USA

We offer the best pay in this industry.

Helpers position.

Helpers' pay starts from $19.00 and will go up upon showing learning progress.

Sign-in bonus $400.00 for the first month, (paid after the first two weeks and end of the month)

Foreman's position.

All foremen are required to work as a helper for a minimum of 2 months, to learn the companies processes and techniques unless the applying foreman is transferring directly from another Vinyl Fence company and has a minimum of 3 years experience installing a vinyl fence and gates.

Foreman's start is $30 - $36 depends on experience.

Starting as a helper is a good way normally to start with a company and grow your way up to a foreman's position.

Job description:

Remove the old fences, load in the housing truck, dig holes to install new posts, and mix concrete to set the new posts.

It's a fun job and but requires physical strength.
