Join our team of pool professionals, a family owned business with a long-standing history servicing high-end residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a serious full-time (W2 Employee) candidate who has 2+ years experience in the swimming pool industry to work Mon - Fri and some Saturdays required. $50,000 to $100,000 annually based on repair experience plus Discretionary Bonus. One week off with pay during winter holiday and 3 paid sick days. Medical benefits offered after one-year of employment.

The following is required:

Pool and spa cleaning and chemical understanding

Must follow and understand instructions and communicate effectively and clearly

Must be honest, responsible, motivated and work independently

Must have an easy attitude and be able to communicate with customers efficiently and professionally

Must be able to work some Saturdays when requested.

Must have a valid driver license with good driving record

We offer a Company Truck Cell Phone utilizing Pool App

Room for growth and advancement

Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs

Able to work in the U.S.

Must work some Saturdays

Must be Punctual

Must be honest and dependable

Must be able to follow instructions and take criticism where needed
