Territory Sales Manager, HVAC

SUMMARY

: Multinational Corporation and Industry Leader of quality and reliable HVAC Products is looking to add a Territory Sales Leader to manage their expansion efforts in the Southwest. The role involves 3-4 days on the road to meet with clients, distributors, and manufacturers. You'll manage b2b sales of independent representatives and revenue-generating HVAC Wholesale Distribution Networks.

PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE SOUTHWEST ONLY PLEASE! (Regional Travel 3-4 days per week)

DAY-TO-DAY

:
  • Present to existing customers and prospective customers
  • Nurture relationships with Distribution Leaders, Sales Leaders & Independent Sales Representatives
  • Manage Area Independent Sales Consultants
  • Exceed Sales Quota
  • Provide flawless Customer-Service & Support for any Distributor issues
  • HUNTER MENTALITY: New Business Development
  • Identification of Competitor Landscape, execute Product Strategies & Program Initiatives to obtain Market Share.

REQUIREMENTS

:
  • 3 yrs.+ of High-Performance sales of HVAC solutions at the (Distribution, Residential, HVAC Manufacturer)-LEVEL
  • MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN SOUTHWEST
  • Mini-Split Sales Exprience IE: (Mitsubishi, LG, Daikin product, etc.)
  • Road Warrior
  • Proven track record of growing sales in a predefined sales territory
  • Humble Attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, excellent soft skills, and the ability to seamlessly interact with and gain the trust of Reps, Executives & Sales Leadership.
