- Will query and mine large data sets to discover transaction patterns, examine financial and other data and filter for targeted information using predictive analytic methodologies.
- Model data to build innovative solutions to solve complex analytical problems.
- Work with business partners to design and develop analysis modules, data quality controls, user interfaces, reports and alerts.
- Develop methodologies that allow for efficient and repetitive data extraction processes.
- Work on multiple complex simultaneous tasks and projects.
- Provide ad-hoc support to key Operations areas.
- Provide well-written documentation to help drive successful implementation of solutions.
- Develop and provide training to team members and staff.
- Cultivate an environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
- Create visual Power Point decks and infographics for presentation to senior management
- Establish excellent business partnerships , specifically within HCC&P and Medical Device North America groups. The Data Analysis Specialist may perform other duties as assigned by HCC&P management.
