- Participant records from the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act programs in the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES).
- Participant records from the Adult Education program in the Arizona Department of Education (ADE).
- Wage records from the Unemployment Insurance program data repository in OEO.
- The client will use an information technology service provider (ITSP) to develop and operate the IDS on Google Cloud.
- The client will also use a separate cybersecurity firm to implement a risk management framework for the IDS.
- Develop a unified project schedule for system development, risk management activities, user acceptance testing, etc., by working with all parties.
- Actively manage the project by working with all parties.
- Conduct background screening on all personnel assigned to work on the IDS by applying for
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance cards and ensuring the personnel have completed the affidavit of criminal offense form.
- Track and ensure personnel have completed the necessary security awareness training.
- Track and ensure personnel have signed the necessary NDAs.
- Manage the execution of contracts and agreements among all parties (does not includem drafting of agreements or negotiating agreement terms with parties).
- Assist with documentation.
