Job Summary:The IT Program Manager II will wear multiple hats in supporting corporate processes and numerous Information Technology (IT) projects. This role will manage the activities of program finance, cost control, program scheduling, project management coordination, financial monitoring/tracking, and subcontractor financial control functions in a federal government contracting environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare forecasting and reporting for month end activities and annual fiscal projections
  • Develop budgets and financial projections, perform variance, and time impact analysis and propose corrective actions to meet funded cost targets, for each contract period of performance
  • Manage the budget and P&L of each project, recommend corrective actions when needed
  • Develop cost estimates, create purchase requests, manage budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate project related activities
  • Maintain Past Performance documentation on each project
  • Coordinate vendor activities, manage and evaluate vendor quotes
  • Schedule and co-chair team meetings
  • Create monthly status reports and incorporate relevant monthly metrics
  • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met.
  • Provides reporting of key program metrics to senior management.
  • Support the staffing, cost management, proposal development, and administrative needs
  • Project administration and report writing.
  • Manages supplier performance to cost, schedule and quality requirements
  • Interfaces with internal and supplier cross-functional organizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 7 – 10 years of experience in Program management in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Well organized, detail orientated and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Contract experience with Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Fixed Firm Price (FFP), Time & Materials (TM) contracts

Preferred Requirements
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Costpoint Financial System
  • Licenses, Certifications, Security Clearance, Travel Requirements, etc.):
  • Ability to obtain National Agency Check (NAC) / Local Agency Check (LAC)
