They're a motivated and hardworking team that loves solving big challenges and working to achieve great results.The Director of Accounting position is responsible for managing and overseeing the month end close process, business process improvement, policy and internal control compliance, financial reporting, and business development. The candidate is an entrepreneurial people person who enjoys working within a team and directly with clients.

• Review month-end financial and managerial reports to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reports.
• Implement best practices in Financial statement presentation.
• Manage Clients state and federal tax payments, as well as estimated tax payments.
• Managing and training staff for best practices in GAAP accounting.
• Implement best practices and procedures for internal controls.
• Accounting Software implementation and integration.
• Perform Additional Duties as Directed by Management
