Musts:2 years’ experience working in TAC/NOC telecom environmentStrong with Unix commandsAbility to write scripts in UnixFlexible to work multiple shifts (1st 6:00-3:00pm/ 2nd 8-5pm / 3rd night)Good communicationExperience handling customer issues and working with ticketing queMUST HAVE BACHELORS Plus:Perl scriptingstrong knowledge in Maria DB or My SQL commands d2d:We are looking for a 4G LTE / 5G NR Tier 1 Network Support Engineer to join our Wireless Networks team. You will be a key contributor being technical interface to customer market teams. You will have your finger on the pulse of the entire customer network. You will monitor the network health, make improvement recommendations and repair the network. Experience working with customers, ticketing systems and resolving issues will be your main responsibility. Must be Flexible to work multiple shifts (1st 6:00-3:00pm/ 2nd 8-5pm / 3rd night)
