Maintenance Technician Needed

Property management company looking to hire a full-time maintenance technician with 1-2 years experience

DUTIES:

-Support maintenance staff with management and turnover of units

-Assisting with appliance repair, light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

-Complete light carpentry work on cabinets, doors, and drywall

-Apartment turnovers for new residents (painting and preparation)

-Respond to resident/management service requests for occupied and vacant rental units

-Repair/replace apartment materials and perform maintenance requests

MUST HAVES:

-1-2 years property maintenance experience

-Must have working knowledge of HVAC

-Excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, and takes great pride in the quality of their work

-Perform other duties as requested to support property operations.

-Willingness to learn, assist when needed and be able to take direction

-Has knowledge of proper safety precautions

-Must pass drug screen prior to employment

JOB DETAILS:

-Rate : $20 p/h

-Typical work week from 8 am -5 pm, 9 am-6 pm depending on property

-This is a long term position

-Mileage expenses covered
