We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and looking for a reliable Office Administrator.

Bookkeeper’s responsibilities :

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.

Bring the books to the trial balance stage.

Perform partial checks of the posting process.

Complete tax forms.

Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements.

Process accounts receivable/payable and handles payroll in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of the office administrator:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
