Accounting- Billing- AR/AP - TRANSPORTATION

Accounting person needed for a Trucking Company.

We are a small trucking company looking for a Full Time person to run our Accounting Department. You would be responsible for sending out all of the invoices, paying all of the bills, cutting checks and responding to all vendors/customers service requests. We have a large office and you would have your own socially distant area. Ideal hours would be 9am-4:30pm but can be adjusted to your schedule if needed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 Candidate needs experience with Quickbooks THIS IS A MUST

 Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Knowledge and experience with Accounts Receivable AND Accounts Payable

 Candidate MUST have Billing/Accounting experience; duties include generating and processing weekly billing and receipt of funds

 AP duties include paying bills, sending invoices, cutting checks, etc.

 Candidate should possess good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and speak clearly in order to communicate effectively with both customers and staff
