Tax Senior, Tax Supervisor/Manager

The AlldayCPA Group with headquarters in Metairie, LA (Suburb or New Orleans) is seeking a Tax Senior, Tax Supervisor/Manager. This position will provide an opportunity to become our Tax-Director/Partner.

We are a local CPA firm that specializes in:

· Accounting software sales, implementation, and training

· Accounting review and support services

· Business consulting/advisory services

· Financial reporting services

· Tax planning and tax preparation services

· Outsourced CFO/Controller services

The owner is looking to transition clients and supervisory responsibilities to a new tax professional.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to the following:

Client Services

Building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients

Providing exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality service and products

Working with clients to understand their challenges and goals and provide suitable solutions

People Management

Help recruit, train, develop and retain top talent

Coach, directly manage and evaluate team members

Communicate professionally and effectively to all levels within the organization

Business Development

Cross-selling services to existing clients and developing new business to achieve growth objectives

Candidate Requirements

Currently working as a Tax Senior, Supervisor/Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience with a local, regional or national public accounting firm

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; Master’s Degree in Taxation a plus

Active Louisiana CPA License

Proven record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships and successfully managing direct reports

Exceptional general tax practitioner

Strong working knowledge of 990, 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and 1120S

Demonstrated ability to represent the firm in the business community and bring in new clients

Ability to provide high-level client satisfaction within budgetary and time constraints

Self-confidence with strong executive presence

No Travel Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Employee, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on experience and type of employment (full-time, part-time, employee vs contract)

COVID-19 considerations:

Most of our team is currently working remotely during the pandemic. But expect to work in our Metairie Office when the pandemic is over.
