Responsibilities:Provide continuous operation and maintenance of current financial systems supporting payroll, retirement, accounting and financial operations, as well as system planning, development, implementation, operation and maintenance for a new platform.Provide system development and support, program/project planning and financial advisory services critical to maintenance, continuity, modernization, and upgrade of financial and compensation payroll and related financial systems and their migration to more efficient platforms.Provide as-needed requisition and budget execution support.Directs and coordinates the planning and execution of the program that involves multiple projects, personnel and vendors.Interacts directly with the cognizant senior government officials regarding status, progress, and issues.Requirements:BS or BA or equivalent years of experience15 years of functional or IT experience, including at least 12 years of experience in managing large scale programs and projects, ideally in the financial realm and within the government.Vacancy expired!
