The Product Designer works with the design, delivery and technology teams to deliver website, web app and digital experience projects. Working with the Creative Director and Project Manager, the Product Designer is responsible for user experience strategy and user interface development of a project, and coordinates with delivery, content and other colleagues to ensure projects are completed successfully and true-to-concept.
Responsibilities:- Under the direction of a Creative Director, lead the concepting, design and production of website, web app or other digital product or interaction
- Lead a cross-functional team in the strategic development and definition of the experience a user has when interacting with a digital product via user research, building personas, developing information architectures, drawing wireframes, usability testing, prototyping, and the translation of UX findings into interface designs
- Participate in digital strategy, applying product design thinking to propose innovative and actionable concepts
- 3+ years as client-facing design lead with direct client interactions
- Mastery of modern design tools required
- UI: Sketch and Creative Suite (Required); Figma (Desired)
- UX: OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, etc.
- Experience facilitating discovery and research, as well as product and UX ideation
- Experience presenting work to clients, facilitating reviews and incorporating feedback
