- Identify disparate sources of contract operations documentation, organizes as appropriate and creates a single document repository for efficient access.
- Ensure processes and systems are efficient as possible. Enforces change management discipline and protocol, ensuring any changes are approved and documented.
- Oversee work intake by managing and prioritizing contract requests as appropriate.
- Liaison with internal Business Information Systems group as needed to implement automation or other best practices using SFDC.
- Generate daily status report to leadership.
- Work proactively and independently with minimal oversight and provides timely follow-up and status reporting.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- 5+ years’ experience with process analysis, change management, documentation management and documentation.
- Previous working experience within salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take direction
- Demonstrative good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
