SAP FICO Sr. Analyst to assist with Requirements gathering, Configuration, Testing, Production support and create functional specifications.Financial modules will include General Ledger Portal, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling modules will include Cost Center accounting, Internal Orders and Profit Center Accounting.

Major Responsibilities
  • Determine requirements
  • Create scope documents based on requirements.
  • Work with the Finance lead to implement changes and enhancements to the system. This includes but not limited to:
  • Hands on configuration and implementation activities related to AP/AR, GL and AM.
  • Be able to work closely with ABAP technical team for all custom developments.
  • The position plays a key role in assisting the assessment of financial business unit requirements and translating those requirements in the most appropriate manner to SAP.
  • This position will interact with the appropriate functional areas, end-users, help desks and various Practice Management Application teams.
  • Evaluate and identify user needs and requests. Ensure sufficient information is provided.
  • Write functional specifications for modifications and systems enhancements.
  • Develop test plans and perform quality control over testing to assure the functionality and integrity of system. Failure to consider impacts or incomplete testing can all have significant/adverse impacts
  • Perform, assist and coordinate unit testing of all configuration.
  • Perform, assist and coordinate integrated testing of all configuration.
  • Assist and coordinate end user training.

Qualification:
  • 5-10 year’s experience implementing SAP Finance Modules. Must have completed at least 4 Implementations.
  • Must have experience performing Unit Testing of all SAP Finance Modules.
  • This position will interact with the appropriate functional areas, end-users. Strong written and oral communication skills required (English).
  • Self-starter.
  • Combine knowledge of application, understanding of business processes, personal experience, research capabilities and interaction with other resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Major in Finance/Accounting or Business.
  • Familiarity with Project Development Lifecycle methodology a must, ASAP methodology preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidential nature related to the firm’s financial and management data.
