Responsibilities:
  • Create customized product demonstrations for prospective customers and partners (virtual & in person)
  • Provide deep technical support to the business development team and customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify customers’ technical challenges and needs and design a customized selling strategy
  • Develop internal cloud solutions and technical presentations for key stakeholders, customers and senior executives
  • Work with clients to identify problems, needs and suggest appropriate cloud and infrastructure corrective measures
  • Respond to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects & customers
  • Provide customers with up to date information about the product, pricing and licensing model
  • Research competing products and provided competitor analysis reports to the marketing and development teamsGenerate, qualify, manage, and provide technical assistance to help close deals
  • Produce and provide presentations at industry and corporate events

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge, proficiency and certifications in one or more Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Previous background in a technical customer-oriented position
  • Outstanding presentation skills and experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales-oriented presentations
  • Relevant knowledge of current and emerging infrastructure technologies
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to plan, organize and implement multiple initiatives and deadline-driven workloads while consistently providing outstanding customer service
  • Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in cloud storage and network systems
  • Experience with virtualization technologies
  • Experience with fundamental storage concepts: filesystems, backup, cloning, snapshotting, logical volume management, disk encryption
  • Must have IT security focus; experience working on security-centric solutions helpful
  • Organizational Skills: Can plan and prioritize work. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail
  • Team Work: Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. Prepared to challenge ideas within a group in a constructive way. Ability to influence others and move a proposal effort toward a common vision or goal
  • Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context. Excellent active listening skills
  • Problem Solving: Natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Ability to analyze problems and determine root cause, generating alternatives, evaluating and selecting alternatives and implementing solutions
  • Results oriented: Able to drive things forward regardless of personal interest in the task
