Talend Developer with Spark

Talend Developer with Spark Jersey City/NJ Max 8-9 years candidates -NOT MORE THAN 9+ years Duration : 3 Months C2H We need to find a balance between their Talend experience and an overall alignment to an associate position. I'd prefer at least 2-3 years of experience with Talend but there are other factors as well. It may be shorter but if their last projects are similar to what we do they will definitely be considered. We are looking for hands-on intermediate level developers with a potential for an Associate position. heavy ETL and Talend with good working experience on Cassandra no relational Dbases / Linux environment - other req needs good Spark and good understanding of Cassandra all batching in Java executed through Spark good backend work using multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience with horizontally scalable and highly available system design and implementation, with a focus on performance and resiliency Extensive experience profiling, debugging, and performance tuning complex distributed systems Willingness to commit extra effort to meet deadlines as required on a high profile and business critical projects Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills and good written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree or better in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology Technical Skills Experience with ETL Talend Experience with ODS Cassandra Experience with Java 8 / Spark is a plus Experience with Real time messaging Kafka / Java on Gaia Application Platform Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS) Experience with Big Data, Hadoop and Hive Experience in middle-tier/backend systems development in Java/Linux Working experience with Hadoop, Enterprise Java development, NoSQL data platforms (Cassandra) Working experience with Pub/sub messaging (Rendezvous, AMPS, Kafka, etc.), Stream processing (Storm, Hbase, Nifi, Spark Streaming, etc.) Exposure to Machine Learning will be a plus
