Respnsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities over the phone
Report on team and individual performance
Close sales with customers over the phone
Available to work Manager’s hours (afternoons and evenings, some Saturday days and No Sundays)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service management, or related field
Experience as a supervisor or manager
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
Motivational coaching, high energy leader
With Salary, plus weekly and monthly Bonuses = $55,000-$87,000 per year
