Precision Grinder (direct hire)

Dongo Tool, Inc. is a manufacturing facility that specializes in ID and OD precision grinding and machining. We produce high quality parts with tolerances as small as .0001. Our typical job is 1 or 2 pieces with a variety of different types and sizes of parts.

We have been in business since 1974 and are located in Spring Lake Park near Highway 10 and Highway 65.

We are looking for someone with general machining or grinding experience and a desire to further their skills in the art of ID and OD grinding. Experience with CNC cylindrical grinding would be a bonus but is not required.

The ideal candidate should know how to read blue prints, and be familiar with inspection tooling.

The personality of the desired candidate is someone who can work independently, is good at problem solving , and has good work ethic.

Required Qualifications:

Trade School or any previous experience will be considered.

We are willing to train the right candidate but you must start with some experience.

Precision Machinists looking for a new challenge should apply.

Ability to set up and use various inspection equipment; caliper, gage blocks, micrometer, radius gage, bore gage etc.

Valid driver's license

Pass UA screen

Able to work with minimal supervision

Creative thinker to be able to solve challenging tooling, setup, and fixturing problems

Very keen ability to pay attention to detail
